Frank Mansfield
As the third generation of the Mansfield family to lead the business, Frank has continued a legacy built over 60 years in the fuel and power industry. With a background in diesel systems and a passion for hands-on problem solving, he has brought new energy and direction to Mansfield Group while staying true to its roots.
Frank remains closely connected to the company’s values of trust, integrity and doing the job right, which continue to guide the team today.
Eben van Zyl
Eben joined our team as our Operations Manager in June 2025. He brings a decade of experience in the fuel industry, with deep expertise in project management and health & safety. Eben applies his fresh, strategic view to enhance our processes, reinforcing our core company values. He is dedicated to driving the operational excellence that builds and maintains long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability.
Darryl Bauer
A key member of our team since 2013, Darryl began his career with us as a Fuel Installer. His dedication and skill saw him rise to the role of Project Manager. With over 10 years of experience in the fuel industry, he has worked alongside two generations of our company's owners, embodying our core values. Darryl is highly regarded for his practical expertise in health & safety and his proven ability to foster excellent, long-term client relationships.
Erica McDougall
As our Office Manager, Erica is the vital link that holds our operations together. She skillfully manages all office administration, coordinating between our management, technical teams, and clients. Her efficiency and dedication are essential in supporting our team and ensuring we deliver the seamless, professional service our clients expect.
