Due to significant and continued company growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Fuel System Installer to join our dedicated team based in Palmerston North and Wellington regions.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Fuel System Installer. The position is full-time and available for immediate start. The role will involve:
- Installation of fuel equipment and systems including underground and aboveground tanks.
- Installation of fuel pipework for suction and pressurised systems.
- Commissioning of fuel dispensing equipment.
- Assisting with site preparation (set out, concrete cutting, minor and bulk excavation works).
- Assisting with site and tank decommissioning.
- Installation of diesel generator systems, including above ground pipework/exhaust systems/ventilation.
- Maintenance checks.
Working Conditions:
- Workshop based in Palmerston North & Wellington.
- Working within hazardous areas.
- Out of area travel and work required.
- Monday to Friday 40 hours guaranteed, with the possibility of overtime.
Skills & Abilities:
The successful applicant will have:
- Prior fuel installation experience is highly regarded, but training could be provided.
- Fitter, mechanical, electrical, carpentry or plumbing trade experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Current NZ drivers' licence.
- Knowledge of safe work practices.
- Diverse skill set of specialised construction equipment.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work within a team and unsupervised.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace health & safety.
